WOXA GROUP × YELZI is building a team to develop original films and series for worldwide audiences. We want to create our own stories, characters and worlds with room to grow across films, series and further chapters: science fiction, action, adventure, thrillers and emotionally resonant drama.

Each project will be conceived for an international audience from its first idea, across story structure, visual language, performance, sound and viewing experience. Locations, cultures and original languages will follow the needs of each story, with language versions developed for its intended audiences.

Create worlds people want to enter. Characters they want to follow. Films they want to share with the world.

Our team is based in Khon Kaen. Our creative ambition is global. With a studio, AI tools and a platform development team already in place, we are looking for people who want to help build the studio’s foundations, original work and standards together.

Our approach uses entirely AI-generated imagery and performances, with a creative team responsible for storytelling, direction, taste and the finished film. Our measure of success is an audience choosing to watch because the story and characters make them feel something.

Imagine a woman crossing a salt plain. She finds a doorway as tall as a building, yet the moment that holds an audience might be the expression on her face before she reaches for it. We want to build films with both extraordinary worlds and the small details that make a character believable.

01 / Find the person before building the world

Start with what a character wants, what stands in their way and the choice that changes the story. Use AI to explore script alternatives, then select what makes emotional and narrative sense. Every scene should have a reason to exist.

02 / Design the character and visual language

Develop references for faces, wardrobe, locations and lighting. Organize a shared visual guide, test compositions and storyboard the scenes before generating video, so everyone is working toward the same film.

03 / Direct the shot with Seedance 2.5

Our approach is to explore camera work, movement and performance with these capabilities, then select takes and check continuity across every shot.

04 / Edit for feeling

Select takes, make room for silence, shape sound, grade the images and check subtitles. Watch whole scenes to find where the emotion breaks, then revisit the relevant shots. Document the process and generation costs to improve the next production.

AI can open the door to an image that once existed only in your head. Filmmakers decide what an audience should feel when that door opens.

International standards begin on the first page

Writers must create stories compelling in their own right. Directors must express emotion through images and performance. Visual teams must build detailed worlds with internal rules, while sound and editorial teams make those worlds feel continuous and believable.

We will consider audiences across cultures during script development, choose each story’s original language deliberately, and prepare carefully reviewed dubbing and subtitles. Language, performance and cultural context are part of filmmaking in every version.

What we want to build over time: a library of original stories and characters, a repeatable production process a small team can continually improve, and YELZI films with the potential to earn audiences across countries.

Develop premises, characters, dialogue and film or series scripts, using AI to explore alternatives while shaping a distinctive story.

Plan scenes, schedules and generation budgets; organize assets, usage rights and handoffs so production stays on track.

• Turn scripts and shot lists into schedules, estimate generation budgets and prioritize blocked work and revisions.
• Manage file naming, versions, asset permissions and handoffs between creative and platform teams.

What to send: 1–3 strong pieces with your contribution clearly explained. Writers can share scripts or storyboards; visual and audio creators can share scenes or reels; producers can share production plans or budgets with private information removed.

• YELZI's founding creative team: contribute from early story selection and experiments through to content for the platform.
• A close connection to technology: work with developers to automate repetitive tasks and make more room for storytelling.
• A creative base in Khon Kaen: use the existing studio and tools to develop an AI filmmaking process together.

We value people who can explain their choices, respond thoughtfully to feedback, experiment and finish work. Working English is useful for tool documentation and developing stories for international audiences.

You do not need experience with every tool. Strong fundamentals in storytelling, visuals, sound or production are welcome; show us how you think and work.
